Our therapist-centric approach ensures therapists have every tool at their disposal to help our clients meet their goals. Sabrina uses an eclectic approach to help individuals, couples and families who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship dysfunction (ENM, LGBTIQ+ and Poly), communication issues, anger management, trust issues, grief, or trauma. She brings a genuine enthusiasm and a wealth of clinical experience which allows us to create a uniquely welcoming and therapeutic environment focused on you.

As a mental health professional, teacher, and coach, she has dedicated her career to advocating and supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through life's milestones. She specializes in childhood and adolescent mental health and Sports/Performance counseling.

Melone works with adolescents, adults, and young families as they navigate change, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm. Using a trauma-aware, client-led approach, she helps clients examine patterns, strengthen communication, and reconnect with their sense of direction while fostering resilience, self-trust, and purposeful growth.
