Sabrina uses an eclectic approach to help those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship dysfunction, communication issues, anger management, trust, grieving, or trauma. She brings a genuine enthusiasm and a wealth of clinical experience which allows us to create a uniquely welcoming and therapeutic environment tailored to you.

Sabrina's educational background includes two advanced degrees from Capella University (MS in Human Services and MS in Marriage and Family Therapy); she also maintains certificates in Play Therapy and Contemporary Theory in Addictive Behavior.  

Sabrina uses an eclectic approach to help those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship dysfunction, communication issues, anger management, trust, grieving, or trauma. She brings a genuine enthusiasm and a wealth of clinical experience which allows her to create a uniquely welcoming and therapeutic environment tailored to you. 

Sabrina's field experience consists of more than 13 years of diagnosing and treating patients and clients to improve their lives.  This includes clinical acute in-patient care for adults battling substance abuse, comorbidity, bipolar disorder, anger management, phobias, stress, obsessive-compulsive disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. She has also served as a domestic patient advocate.

Sabrina has collaborated with several human service organizations including the Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Family and Children Services, and several Community Partners and Advocacy Groups. She is a Certified Counseling Professional Supervisor and a member of the Licensed Professional Counselors Association.
